The RRM Paradigm
Conventional Paradigm
Central feature of female cycle is ovulation (health)
Central feature of female cycle is menstruation (burden)
Painful periods warrant medical attention/treatment
Painful periods are normal and to be endured
GYN conditions are identified and treated
GYN conditions are suppressed with birth control pill
Fertility awareness cycle understanding is fundamental
Hormonal contraception is routine
Cycle tracking is a vital health tool
Cycle tracking is downplayed or dismissed
Medical interventions cooperatively/naturally timed
Medical interventions artificially timed
Ovulation viewed on a quality continuum
Ovulation viewed as either present or absent (binary)
Infertility viewed as a symptom of underlying chronic causes—typically multi-factor, identifiable, and treatable
Infertility viewed as an acute, isolated medical problem that is often “unexplained”
Miscarriage prevention and evaluation always warranted
Miscarriage often accepted as normal/inevitable
Lifestyle factors are an essential part of care
Lifestyle factors are not well integrated into care
Patient expected to partner
Patient expected to follow
Overall patient care is comprehensive and tailored
Overall patient care is limited and often “one-size-fits-all”
RRM considered gold standard for infertility
IVF considered gold standard for infertility

The growing body of evidence for RRM
Restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) is supported by peer-reviewed medical research and through the work of the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (IIRRM). Reply Fertility collaborates with the IIRRM including as an enrolled clinic in the international research registry: Surveillance of Treatment Outcomes for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (STORRM).
RRM helps couples who...
- have already failed with IVF or IUI
- have suffered multiple miscarriages
- have been told they waited until they were “too old”
- have been told they have low ovarian reserve
- have been told that male factor sperm quality requires IVF
- have been diagnosed as high-risk or unable to conceive
- have been diagnosed with "unexplained infertility"
- have suffered for years from PCOS or endometriosis with no diagnosis or ineffective treatment
- are seeking more affordable treatment for infertility
- are motivated by personal philosophy or religious conviction to seek natural/holistic solutions
“ART [assisted reproductive technology such as IVF] increases the risk of preterm birth, low birth weight, and birth defects. These risks are particularly observed in multiple births; however, a certain risk increase remains also in singletons born after ART….In light of the safety of future ART generations, one rule should apply to all ART: if a method is clinically unnecessary, then avoid it.”
-- Pinborg A., Wennerholm U-B., Bergh C. Long-term outcomes for children conceived by assisted reproductive technology. Fertility and Sterility; September 2023; Vol 120, No. 3, Pt.1, p 453-454.
“ART offspring have an increased risk of NCD (noncommunicable diseases), such as malignancies, asthma, obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. There are still many controversies in this field and much remains unknown.”
-- Zhang S., Luo Q., Meng R., Yan J., Wu Y., Huang H.; Long-term health risk of offspring born from assisted reproductive technologies; Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics; November 2023.
“There are substantial concerns about expanding use of IVF, including high cost and impact on neonatal outcomes. Epidemiologic studies have demonstrated higher incidence of preterm birth (PTB), low birthweight (LBW), and birth defects among children conceived through IVF….Our findings support efforts to encourage women to give an adequate trial of the least invasive fertility treatment that may work for them.”
-- Sanders, Jessia N, Simonsen Sara E., Porucznik Christina A., Hammoud Ahmad O., Smith Ken R., Stanford, Joseph B; Fertility treatments and the risk of preterm birth among women with subfertility: a linked-data retrospective cohort study; BMC Reproductive Health; March 2022

What our patients are saying
Reply changed my life! I was finally treated for unexplained infertility at the root cause.
-Rose W.
"They have found things that the traditional fertility doctors overlooked…it’s so worth it to heal your bodies and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. I am truly so grateful this clinic exists!"
- Victoria S.
"Finding Reply gave me hope I hadn’t felt before. They slowed down the process, digging deeper to find out what was really wrong, then they treated the issues--monitoring every step--to ensure our success. We are now blessed with our beautiful daughter and hopeful to continue adding to our family!"
-Tracey L.
“Entire practice clearly values quality….Bravo, your commitment to patient care is quite evident!"
- B. L.
I was simply unwilling to accept an "unexplained infertility" diagnosis, all to spend thousands on IVF for it to *maybe* work. We had experienced a miscarriage and had multiple doctors deny my requests for additional testing because everything looked "normal" so we decided to give Reply a shot......So far, we have loved our experience with Reply!
-Becca
“Working with a practitioner in restorative reproductive medicine was one of the single best things we’ve ever done for our health. Reply changed my life forever.”
-anon
“We’d heard these horrible words, ‘unexplained infertility,’ which we thought just meant, ‘we'll never understand, we'll never know, it's hopeless.’ Before coming to you, we did not really know that there was much hope beyond being forced into IVF."
-anon
"Innovative. I have never been or heard of a practice that cares to work with both husband and wife to help them in various aspects of their 'reproductive' part of life, especially by helping them understand how it all works AND how to work with it to achieve desired outcomes.”
-anon
“It was such a deviation from what all these other doctors had done and what they had said and how they had treated me. It was the first that I felt like we were going to work together to figure it out.”
-Felishia W.B.
"My wife and I came to Reply to learn about fertility methods based on sound science and to learn more about fertility as a whole. We had a wonderful and empowering experience. We recommend Reply to anyone seeking to learn how to either avoid or accomplish getting pregnant as healthily as they can."
--Eddie D.
"I had very low expectations coming to this appointment. I really didn't expect her to be able to offer much as far as options go, however that was not the case. I felt so much hope leaving the appointment. Additionally, I felt my personal views opposing certain treatments were respected. I appreciated not having to explain myself."
-anon
"All the clinicians and staff at Reply are professional and caring. “
– S.G
"I cannot express enough gratitude for the compassionate care we received. Finding Reply—a doctor who truly cares about their patients—made the difference. They have so much knowledge and will use a variety of tools to help patients achieve a healthy pregnancy."

-Pamela B.
“Reply is different. I think the focus being uncovering the underlying issue, it made Reply different than anywhere else. So that for us was the gamechanger.”
-Liz M.
“Being able to see my charts and compare test results with what my charts were showing was new to me. I had never had anyone do that before…I wish I had been educated like this a long time ago.”
--Rachel R.
"Reply is a fantastic resource for women’s needs. They were very knowledgeable….The doctors and nurses care and they are connected to other specialists so that you get the answers you need. I would not hesitate to recommend Reply."
